I’ve been working for the past 5 years in a great remote company called Buffer. We have an amazing culture where people are positive, respectful and it’s a pleasure to open Slack or have video calls with my colleagues.

In these 5 years I’ve come to appreciate how important it is to have a great company culture and how it’s harder than in an office. This doesn’t happen by chance, it’s the result of many people’s efforts during many years.

Today I want share how showing gratitude. It’s a great way to improve an organization’s culture and it doesn’t cost anything. Here I share 5 great ways to do it that work really well in a remote environment.
