I’ve been working for the past 5 years in a great remote company called Buffer. We have an amazing culture where people are positive, respectful and it’s a pleasure to open Slack or have video calls with my colleagues.

In these 5 years I’ve come to appreciate how important it is to have a great company culture and how it’s harder than in an office. This doesn’t happen by chance, it’s the result of many people’s efforts during many years.
